I was facing technical issue when giving the CAD ServiceNow Certifictn & need to reschedule the exam

Hello Team, My exam for CAD certification was scheduled on 30th March at 17:00 PM IST time & while giving the exam there were few issues occurred like support person not able to see me on video but i am able to get his messages. My internet was also fine but because of video issue he /she told me to launch the exam again.so i did this procedure 2/3 times still the video was not clear to them as they mentioned and told me to end the exam. in this procedure my exam time is passed. today is the last day for my CAD Certification, tomorrow my voucher will expire . with the support of agent, they cancelled the certification. i want to reschedule this to Exam nearest center but they are not able to reschedule it as the voucher code (ARR32R24zvB9ddwh) is already used ? Can you provide me the new voucher code so i can schedule my exam to nearest center and give the exam ASAP ?

As Kryterion is managing the online proctored assessment, I would suggest you to try this.

I am also facing a similar issue. How was your issue resolved ? are you able to reschedule ? what about your voucher which is already used for the exam ?
