Iam not able to view voucher code for claiming voucher for CSA certification

My CSA was expired on 2023.
After that I completed CSA learning path again and got a voucher Completed On - 2025-04-03 06:53:10 PDT with Expiration Date - 2026-04-03. that time voucher was showing on nowlearning

After a week I tried to schedule my onsite exam and it was allowing to schedule it.

Only issue now I am facing is learning portal is not showing my voucher

Hi @bahishtigul 

It looks like you didn't receive the new voucher and are only seeing the old one.
The best approach is to log a case with the Now Learning team as soon as possible—they will be able to assist you.
