Raise a case, if the voucher or is to working or if you have completed the course buts you still didn't get a voucher.

What do you mean by “claim”? Did you receive a voucher from ServiceNow after the training or not? If you didn’t get the voucher, please log a case with Now Learning. If you did receive the voucher and are facing issues, please share a screenshot or details so we can guide you.
