We want to implement the use of gamification and certification to end users. Our goal is to make users fulfil some kind of assessment/quiz to get a certification or badge. That way people from helpdesk can verufy the end user have fulfilled some kind of training before asking stuff they should know. This would be a nice way to make sure end users first think for themselves before they go to helpdesk to ask questions about things they can/should know by theirselves.
Can anyone help me to start this project? I have looked into quizzes already, but I'm not sure this is the only thing needed for the gamification addition.
