In welcome to servicenow Course , in Form Module , Form Task is getting failed . i am followed same steps with Admin rights and while impersonating as Platform user as well .

Please share the steps you are following. Sometimes it can be an instance-related issue as well. Even if everything is configured correctly, it may still fail due to temporary issues—so please try again after some time

No, please do not release the instance.

If any activity depends on a previous one, you’ll need to complete that first. If you’re blocked, skip the task for now and move forward. You only need to complete 80% of the labs to proceed.

I am having the same issue as well. I tried restarting the instance and it is still failing for the Forms Task
