In welcome to servicenow Course , in Form Module , Form Task is getting failed . i am followed same steps with Admin rights and while impersonating as Platform user as well .

Yes Atul, Seems like instance related issue only . will release this instance then will try on new one.

No, please do not release the instance.

If any activity depends on a previous one, you’ll need to complete that first. If you’re blocked, skip the task for now and move forward. You only need to complete 80% of the labs to proceed.
