Instance Security Center Definitions - Where is this?

I am doing the SNAF, they ask to go to:

All >Instance Scan > Suites and then select:  Instance Security Center Definitions. 

But there is no Instance Security Center Definitions available.

The Instance Scan plugin is installed. What I need to do to show this option ?

PS: Plese, avoid answer something that do not answer my question just to earn points or whatever, I am new here and I see a lot of answers that does not relate directly to the questions. I am the admin, I see Instance SCAN, after click Suites below Instance Scan, what I am looking for is not available. This is what I am looking for after click Suites: Instance Security Center Definitions

Click Suite and then show me please a screenshot of  your instance.
