Instructor Led Training

Hello,

 

I have taken Instructor led training (administration fundamental) and after its completion it is not marked as completed. Also, i am not able to use voucher to register for CSA exam.

Error while registering for CSA exam : Candidate is not associated with voucher, Your Now Learning and Webassessor accounts must need mapped correctly in Now Learning. if you need help linking accounts submit a case to Servicenow

 

Issue 1 : Unable to user voucher for CSA exam

Issue 2: course is not marked as completed, and when i select resume it keeps on loading.
