Integrating Digital Signature in PDF / Document

Hi All,

Can we Integrate a digital signature in the document/ PDF generated in ServceNow ? Is there any Plug in available for the same ?

I checked that, Digital Signature has one unique number associated with it. Moreover, that signature has to be placed on proper location in PDF.

I am trying to figure out where to start from and which areas I should look into.

I personally have not done this, but have you look at SNGuru? Mark Stanger from Crossfuze has something there that might be helpful. Try reading some of the documentation on it. If that specifically is not what you are looking for, maybe the instructions will help you figure it out.

Hello Abhijeet,

Electronic signature capability comes out of a box in PDF (Acrobat) documents latest version if I understand correctly.

I am thinking, if it it is an pdf attachment, one can easily sign the pdf doc and attach it back on form. (not sure if that would be an acceptable solution?

However if you want to integrate electronic signature on ServiceNow form then above link seems to very helpful.

I tried the solution you gave. Its working fine ! The dialogue box seems a nice solution and it looks great ! Thanks a ton ..

Now I am trying to use PDF signatures. Lets hope that I will get it.
