How to access/ transfer a certification from a Webassessor account when the login email is inactive?

Hello,
I have a problem concerning my Webassessor account and was hoping I could get some help/ direction here.
The problem is that I forgot the password to my Webassessor account, but I cannot change it as the email address to login to my account does not exist anymore. I have since created a new Webassessor account, however my previous account has my ServiceNow System Administrator certification and I need to take the Delta exam soon.
Is it possible to transfer/ add the certification from my previous Webassessor account to my current account?
I tried contacting training@servicenow.com but there hasn't been a response yet and I am anxious as the Delta exam due date is around the corner. Any help is appreciated!

Hi,
I have seen multiple queries on this topic related to no updates from Sservice Now training or Certification mailers. There is delay which i suppose due to year end and they would be responding to you based on the posts i have seen over her. You can also send an email to certification@service-now.com.
