Is a thorough understanding of the official eBook enough to pass the CIS-ITSM exam?

I am preparing for the CIS‑ITSM exam. If I thoroughly study the official ServiceNow ITSM eBook and understand it deeply, will that be enough to clear the exam, or should I refer to additional resources as well? Kindly guide.
