I’m sure this has been asked a million times but, is the Fundamentals on Demand course enough to be considered ready to take the CSA exam?
Which courses can you recommend for me to study and be prepared?
I’ll be taking the test on March 24th at a training center in Mexico City.

Hi,
The ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) course (formerly known as ServiceNow Fundamentals) is all you need to take to technically be eligible to claim the voucher for the CSA certification exam.
I see you've already scheduled your exam, so you're good there, but I would NOT rely on any 3rd party website such a Udemy or anywhere else.
The fundamentals course, the CSA blueprint, and your course materials are all that you need to pass the exam.

Hi,
Thanks for marking our replies as Helpful 🙂
If either or both helped guide you towards a solution, please consider marking them as "Accept Solution".
You're able to mark more than one as such, if applicable.
Take care!

;o) Good afternoon Mr. Andres I hope this message finds you well. Thanks for sharing your insight with Mr. uisemarquez , as much is truly appreciated. I'm the latest NextGen Professional (3/20 - 5/27), closing out week 7; and I wanted to know if anyone has ever created a CSA Fundamentals/Advance or ITSM Fundamentals Hierarchy Map? Like the Hierarchy structure in Mobile Development (Mobile Development Essentials) that is brilliant. If so, where can I find it. The CSA layout is great, but as a visual learner, I would love to know the who, What, When, Where and why of the Now Platform User Interface from the Banner Frame, Application Navigator and Content Frame that creates the cause and effect and the Why? Thank you Sir.

Officially this is what the BluePrint says. Details are attached. It was also my experience that just the Fundamentals course was not sufficient enough for me.
All The Best!
Exam Preparation
Exam questions are based on official ServiceNow training materials and the ServiceNow Product
documentation. Study materials posted elsewhere online are not official and should not be used
to prepare for the examination.

I wanted to add my 2 cents on what are my thoughts about the fundamentals course being enough. I can't personally say it would be enough, BUT from the experience of my co-worker, who both of us took the Fundamentals course when ServiceNow made it free last year through August, and once we finalized it and got our voucher, my co-worker took it a couple of weeks after and did not pass. He then waited some months, and re-took it, not knowing he would be taking at that point the next release version. He failed that one again.
Now... I have my voucher, which expires in August and learning from his experience I will review the notes I took from the Fundamentals course, THEN review the current documentation for the exam that will be out prior to my voucher deadline, and through the blueprint match the content material of all that ServiceNow documentation so I become very familiar with the topics I will be tested on.
That's just going to be my strategy. Can't say it will work for me or anyone else, but it's just that. A strategy.
Good luck on your own exam! I might come back to this thread and post to all and say if my plan worked or not.

Luis,
Just wanted to follow-up and see how you did on your test back in March. Where you able to pass it and if so, what strategy worked best for you to prepare for it? If not, what strategies are you applying towards your next attempting at passing? I yet have to schedule my own exam prior to voucher expiration so hoping to get some inspiration from other testers who have passed and what was their strategy.
