Is there any advice or practices to develop UXUI skills in servicenow? All my micro-certificates are design-centred. I need real example exercices if possible? Could someone help me?

Hi Patrice, probably the courses that come close to what you're looking for are the following: 

Service Portal fundamentals - with Micro-Certification: This provides a more hands on approach and you can learn about service portal administration and development practices - it also covers useful widgets and features. 

Another one that I heard of and could be potentially interesting is the Application Developer User Interface Creator Micro-Certification - it has a few prerequisites though. Credentials - Micro-Certification Blueprint - Application Developer User Interface Creator (servicen...  Hope it helps.
