Issue signing in at Service Now University

Hi everyone,

I'm writing from Brazil.

I've been trying to sign in on Service Now University  (https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/welcome-to-servicenow?id=learning_course_prev&co...) from my notebook for the last 5 or 6 days, without success. As I click on "Sign In", I get a message saying "this website cannot be accessed" in portuguese (see below) . The strange thing is I can sign in from my mobile. Does anybody have an idea how to solve this?

Thanks in advance,

Stefano

Hi @STEFANOQ

Did you try it in incognito mode?

@STEFANOQ my best recommendation would be to open a case via your mobile device. If this was an issue with your account you wouldn't be able to log in anywhere. Not sure if it's a browser cache issue or something similar. Support can help troubleshoot.  Your image didnt come through in your post, make sure you add that to the case too.
