Issue while registering for Pearson VUE

Not able to register for Pearson VUE exam with my full name which is matching the passport. Did anyone else run into this issue? If so how did you fix it ? I'm trying to understand, As this is the first time I'm registering for Pearson VUE I don't want to take any risk as it specifies multiple times that the name must match the Govt ID exactly.

Please try create case with Servicenow support they will help you with this kind of issues.

Go to https://support.servicenow.com/now?id=ns_guided_support click on create case fill in mandatory information and submit.

Hi @MadhanMaddy 

 

  • Confirm that your auto-populated first and last name in your Now Learning Help Center exactly match your official documents
  • You cannot manually alter your first and last name for security reasons. Instead, submit a technical support case via the Now Learning Support Portal in ServiceNow University
  • In the support ticket, explain that you need to register for your exam but your legal name on your passport needs to be updated or synced correctly in your profile
