Issue with ITSM Fundamentals LabX - AI Learning guide

Im learning ITSM Fundamentals LabX using AI Learning guide, but im unable to move past from module 4 - improve IT services.

I've pasted the screenshot for reference, im not sure whether its a rela task or glitch with AI learning guide.

I think its directly giving the prompt and its instructions on how to work, instead of the real task.

After trying multiple times im able to complete the task , issue is i havent addded the justification in correct format. That triggered the error.

But My main issue with glitch is till there, its directly giving the backend prompts & instructions given to the agent .
