Hi
I had created the case for the same. What will be the resolution SLA for these types of cases?
Also is there any scenario that ServiceNow helped in resolving these kind of issues? As far as I heard from fellow developers that this is a loss of certification and I need to retake the fresh CSA exam.

SLA? None?
Or well I don't know if there is any, I'm just a random community member like most of us.
Though sometimes these cases are picked up and nicely handled within hours. Though sometimes it also takes a month or more (mentioning this from experience!).
