issue with linking webassessor account with now learning account

Hi All,
I am trying to link my webassessor account with Now Learning account, but I am getting an error that my webassessor account is already linked with Now learning account of 'xxxxxxx@xxxxx.com' of previous organization where I worked. To remove the link, I am no longer working with that organization, and I don't have access to that account. The admin from previous organization already confirmed that my partner portal account has been deactivated. 
 
Now can anyone please help me on how can I get this issue resolved  so that I can link my webassessor account with new organization's Now Learning account and complete my delta certification exam.

I had created the case for the same. What will be the resolution SLA for these types of cases?

Also is there any scenario that ServiceNow helped in resolving these kind of issues? As far as I heard from fellow developers that this is a loss of certification and I need to retake the fresh CSA exam.

I agree with @Mark Roethof . Sometimes my tickets were solved within minutes, and sometimes it took weeks.

You could add a comment to your ticket from time to time but I don't know whether it really helps.
