Just got my CSA and CAD and now they're at risk with no explanation

I got my CSA in October and CAD in December, now it says they're at risk and expiring April 15th, with Zero, that is, absolutely no explanation of why or how to remediate. I just paid over $2000 for both of these courses and tests.

Can anyone help me understand? Frustrated.

One would think, that if these were at risk, and I clicked on the item where it said it were at risk, I would be given some explanation of why and how to fix. UX suggestion...SN

• The message "Credentials at risk of expiring!" appears because your certification requires an upgrade through the delta exam with the new release. The certification remains valid until the next delta exam deadline.
• For the Xanadu release, the ServiceNow Delta Exam is available from January 15, 2025, to April 15, 2025.
• Ensure you complete the delta exam before April 15, 2025, to maintain and renew your certification with the new release. 
• They are open book, non-proctored, timed (1-1.5 hour) "assessments" to see if you're familiar with the latest ServiceNow information.
