Few days back, I have attended the interview.
Interviewer asked me a strange question. The question is "User was able to create the P1 and P2 to a particular group before. In a sudden, User was not able to create any P1 and P2 incidents to the particular group but he is having access to create P3 and P4 to that group. ACLs are fine and BRs are also fine. User is getting some error message with word "constraints." Can you tell me the issue here.
I tried to answer her like due to issue in BRs. But she was very sure that BRs are not the issue." I checked in the community and I found "it is due to using current.update()" in Before BR. When I try to recreate the issue, it's not working for me and I can be able to raise the incident with priority P1 and P2. Can you help me here to know the what she was exactly referring to? Thank you.
