CAD Voucher

Hello team,

 

I took the course "Application Development Fundamentals On Demand" and it says that now I am eligible for the voucher for CAD exam but I can't see the voucher itself under my vouchers tab to add it to my Webassessor. Could you please help me with this as I want to take the CAD exam. Should I take any other courses to get the voucher? Also does the voucher covers the total amount for the exam or I need to pay extra money?

HI @ranaelsekhi ,

 Once you complete your training, you get a notification/email to claim the voucher if it was included with the course.

As you see in the photo, it says that I am eligible for the voucher and I took the badge but it is not therr in my vouchers.

I struggle with the same thing. I completed on demand CSA course a week ago. Still haven’t received a mail regarding the voucher. They haven’t replied on my support ticket either.
