Knowledge Base Submission task not validating in ServiceNow lab

Hi everyone,
I’m working on the “Submit a request for a New Employee Resources Knowledge Base” task in the Welcome to ServiceNow course.
I submitted the request successfully (REQ0010002) through Employee Center, filled the form exactly as instructed, and removed /esc from the URL to return to the platform view.
However, the simulator still fails validation with the message: “Can you verify that a request has been made to create a new Knowledge Base for new employees?”
Screenshots attached show the request record and the Employee Center view.
Has anyone encountered this issue or found a fix?
