Hi Now Learning Support,
I’m currently working through the CSA course labs (Lab 3.1 and 4.1) using the assigned instance. While performing the expected tasks, I encountered a serious issue:
- The option “Configure > List Layout” does **not appear** when right-clicking column headers in list views (e.g., Incident table).
- **Dot-walking** is not available (the icon for expanding reference fields is missing).
- I’m logged in as **System Administrator**.
- I have used **Elevate Role** to get `security_admin`, but nothing changes.
- I cleared cache, tried incognito mode, and even waited several days.
- “Terminate Instance” does nothing either – the button is unresponsive.
The instance was working fine until Lab 4.1, where I couldn’t find the “HHD” module. I then went back to Lab 3.1 to recreate it, and from that point on, key functionality started missing.
Could someone please reset my instance or assign a new one?
