Legal Name versus Preferred Name

Hello!
I have a co-worker who is going through the ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand and would like to take advantage of the opportunity for a CSA voucher. However, their preferred name is what they have on their ServiceNow profile, but they are concerned that they will need to use their legal name in order to take the exam. Would someone be able to reach out to me with clarification on the proctored exam requirements?

The webassessor account information is what is used, not their ServiceNow profile.

As long as their webassessor account has their legal information, that will be the name they look for to verify against their identification.
