This link does not load at all under the Yokohama learning plan

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/Yokohama/new_to_servicenow/GIT_About_...

Go to > https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/yokohama/new_to_servicenow > Source Control > About This Learning Module

Who can fix it or how is it to be reported?

Olá @Joel DSilva,

can you please share any more details of the issue?

Any error message, screenshot, anything.

I tried it from my end and it says:

The content you are viewing may not apply to your personal developer instance (PDI) which is on the Xanadu release.

Because my PDI has Xanadu version, thus it was evaluated as mismatch between that and Yokohama version.

What does it say in your situation?

Generally all links work this one does not open. Attached is the screenshot where it is perpetually loading. On left you see tick marks for module links that have opened.

Hmmmm, okay I understand it now.

What you can try is:

  • log out and log in, erase cache/browsing history and retry again,
  • log in from different browser or in the incognito mode,
  • wait until tomorrow,
  • continue in the Xanadu version
    • I don't expect there would be any critical difference between Xan and Yoko.
    • plus there is no certification or credentials for completing, it is more for you to learn...

I suggest this because it seems to work OK in my end:

ServiceNow as a cloud platform has sometimes inexplicable issues that can be easily sorted be logout-cache-login again...

Let me know if the new login or different browser fixed it.

Hi, it was just that specific link I sent. Others work ok so far across few of the modules I have tried in Yokohama. That link also works under Xanadu, Washington.

I tried in Firefox and Chrome that it doesnt work. That is ok I was just curious because i have had some other issues in the articles being not fully completed under Yokohama. And there doesn't seem to be a "report error" link.
