Linking Nowlearning account to a private one

Dear community,

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m unable to link my NowLearning account to a private one. I keep getting an error message asking me to try again later, but this has been happening for about two weeks now.

Does anyone have any tips or workarounds for this?
