Don't use that filter at the top. Use the below one instead.

Hi @ManpreetR ,
you can see only selected fields or fields which are in your list
my selected column / fields
Only those fields are visibles in filter
If you found my solution helpful, please mark it as Helpful or Accepted Solution...!

Check the table: Confirm you’re filtering on the Incident table (or the table that has the Priority field).
Use the condition builder: Instead of the quick filter bar, click the funnel icon → “Show Matching” or “Filter” → then add a condition:
Priority is 1 - Critical
This ensures you’re using the full filter builder, which exposes all fields.- Add Priority to the list view (optional): If you want to filter from the top quick filter bar, add Priority as a column in your list layout. Once it’s visible, it often becomes available in the quick filter dropdown.
- Check dictionary settings: If Priority still doesn’t appear, verify that the field exists on the table and isn’t hidden by dictionary configuration.
Best PracticeUse the full filter condition builder for reliability.
Treat the quick filter bar as a convenience, but don’t rely on it for fields like Priority unless they’re indexed and visible in the list.
