hi

can someone help. im applying the filters as described but ive noticed of the step by step guide it reads applying to filters to priority but it seems i cant set mine to 'priority' in the top section.

 

 

Ive pasted a picture and highlighted the part yellow. it doesnt allow me to set it to priority either.

 

i have no idea what im doing wrong.

Hi try this.

If you still can’t select it in the top section:

  1. Click the funnel icon (the “Add Filter Condition” button) on the list header.

  2. In the first dropdown, start typing Priority — it should autocomplete.

  3. Choose your operator (e.g., is, is not) and the value (e.g., 1 - Critical).

  4. Click Run to apply the filter.

    The post from @AnirudhKumar . i think you can follow that too, will work for sure.
