@saikirancha - you can save queries using Favorites.

To make this your default view and save time, you can add it to your Favorites in ServiceNow. This way, you can bypass the navigation filter and the "All" module entirely next time.

How to Save Your Filtered List as a Favorite

  1. Set up your view first:
    • Apply the filter (e.g., Active | is | true).
    • Click the Priority column header so that 1 - Critical is at the top.
  2. Add to Favorites:
    • In the Filter Navigator (Sidebar): Once your list is filtered and sorted exactly how you want it, look at the star icon in the top header (next to the list title "Incidents"). Click it to add the current view to your Favorites.
    • Drag and Drop: You can also click and drag the breadcrumb (the text that says All > Active = true at the top of the list) directly onto the Favorites (Star) tab in the left-hand navigation pane.
  3. Rename and Color-Code:
    • Go to your Favorites tab (the star icon in the navigation bar).
    • Click the Edit (Pencil) icon at the bottom.
    • Rename it to something like "My Critical Incidents" and choose a distinct icon or color so it stands out.
