Lists And Filters​ Task - Failed

HI,

can you share the steps or screenshots of what you tried so that someone can help if you're missing something.

HI Sumanth,

Here are the steps:

1. I first selected 'Impersonate User' and then 'Platform.User'.

2. Selected 'Incidents', 'All' and then created a filter as suggested. run the filter. and then Sorted the field 'Priority'.

3. Change the state to 'In progress'.

4. Search the required 'INC0000055' and changed the category. 

 

Was it mentioned in the requirement to impersonate the user first?

Also error in screenshot says to change the state using list editor. Did you do that as well?

Please share the entire instructions list given so that i can help you with if any missing steps.

  1. Navigate to the All menu and select Incident > All.
  2. Select Show/hide filter (funnel) icon
  3. Set the field, operator(filter/condition), and value choice lists to the following: State | is not | Closed AND
    Assignment Group | is not empty
    AND
    Assigned to | is not empty
  4. Select Run.
  5. Select the Priority column to sort the list so that 1-Critical incidents appear first in the list.
  6. Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes.  (10 rows will be updated.)
  7. Select the Personalize List (gear) icon to remove the "Opened" and "Updated by" columns.

8. Locate INC0000055 and set the Category to Software.
