Lists and Filters​ Task

I am able to apply the filter and am also able to perform the list action list changing the state and removing column.

However as part of the task I have been required to change the category of INC0000055, which I not able find in the list view after all filters are applied.

 

I have impersonated the Platfrom user

Hi @ShubhananS 

It looks like a data issue. Before confirming it, try searching for the same incident number without any filters (in all incidents) or using global search to check if that incident actually exists. If it doesn’t, then it is indeed a data issue, and you will need to reach out to the Now Learning team to get it fixed. Alternatively, you can repair the Incident plugin in the lab and load the demo data as well.
