I follow everything right but i cant find priority option for:
"5. Select the Priority column to sort the list so that 1-Critical incidents appear first in the list."
Someone should please explain how to do that. thank you.

Hi @Deyeros ,
You are in self-service view and in this view very few column will be configured. change the view to default it will start appearing and if not then click on gear icon to bring the Priority column in list.

Hello @Deyeros
On the Top right hand side, you can find settings icon.... (personalize list icon )
open that and bring the priority column from left to right side).
Once you have the Priority column, double click on the column name to sort the priority (from a-z)
