Hi All,
I recently updated my email id and I am unable to login to ServiceNow university after updating to new email ID. After I enter the MFA code, system keeps redirecting me to two different pages. Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue?
Support Incident INC1548002 raised as well, however no resolution yet.

@sadafkhan try again using the email account in the incident you mentioned. If it is resolved, please also update that incident to close it out.

have you tried to clear your browsing history / cache? eventually an incognito regime or another browser to access the University?
Can you get to this?
