Missing Certificate ID on CSA and CAD Certifications

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my CSA and CAD certifications. The certificate ID is not displayed and appears as a dash instead of a valid certification number.

This issue appears to have occurred after recent changes to the Pearson VUE exam system.

Please check this issue and let me know the reason for the missing certificate ID. Also, inform me if any additional information is required from my side to resolve this.

Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,
Mohan Bala Sahith Meesala

Hi @MOHANBALAM

It looks like this is a known issue that has already been reported by another user, so there’s nothing to worry about. You can log a case with the ServiceNow Learning team through the Help Center and wait for their response.
