Maintenance Program (CMP) Fee - CSA

Hello All,
I have paid the maintenance fee using my company email id and i got the access to write the two delta CSA exams (SD and Tokyo).

I wrote the "SD Delta – Certified System Administrator" on 17th - May - 2022 and cleared the exam.
but recently i have joined in new organization. And now it's asking me to pay the maintenance fee again (200$) to write the Tokyo Delta - CSA exam  ?

Note: My webassessor and Now learning credentials are different but i gave webassessor id in now learning section.

Can anyone advice me here.

Hi RC10,

I think it's important that these credentials are the same between your webassessor and Now learning.
Therefore, that would be an individualized matter. You aren't able to solve this problem by yourself.
You had better submit your case soon by your Now learing.

since you have two different email ids for webassessor and now-learning, did you have to pay the money twice?
