ServiceNow webassesor blackout extended for Vancouver version

Hello there,

Yet another release is coming soon: Xanadu. With a new release, also a short Webassessor blackout period will take place. Seeing the past few releases, a high amount of questions got raised on why no exams could be booked, exams vanished from Webassessor, or what the duration of the blackout period was.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

EXAM RELEASE AND EXAM MAINTENANCE: During the Exam Maintenance Window, you will be unable to view our exam catalog or register for an exam. If your voucher is set to expire during the exam maintenance window be sure to select a date prior to the Exam Maintenance window.

2023 Maintenance Fee window: November 16, 2023 - February 13, 2024

Last date to test on the Vancouver version of exams: August 12, 2024

Exam Maintenance Window begins: August 13, 2024

Exam Maintenance Window ends: August 27, 2024

First date to complete Washington D.C. version of exams: August 28, 2024

Vouchers expiring between August 13, 2024 and August 27, 2024 will be extended to September 30, 2024. This extension will not be reflected in your Now Learning account.

During the Webassessor blackout period, all exams versions are updated to the new release. So up to the Webassessor blackout period, all exams will still be on the Quebec release. After the Webassessor blackout period, all exams will be on the Rome release!
