Hi All,

Can I still use the voucher I obtained from my current company Now Profile, which is valid until next year, if I change jobs and join a different company?

Thanks

Hi @Abhinab Acharyy ,

If you have your now learning account linked to your company email address, then you will have to transfer everything to your personal email address, so that once your company email id is permanently removed.

check this community thread: https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/change-the-email-associated-with-my...

Thanks.

Hope this helps.

The question is if i have voucher as a part of retake or on demand course completion, can i scheduled a test using that voucher code

Hi @Abhinab Acharyy ,

That shouldn't be an issue since you already obtained the voucher code which is linked to your ServiceNow account.

Hi @Abhinab Acharyy .

Simple answer to your query is YES.

I don't think that it would be an issue, you can go ahead and book the exams with the Vouchers are these were generated for your profile. Also take a note of those vouchers while leaving your previous job as the profile might not be accessible once you change your org.

One thing you should keep in mind that post job changes try to migrate all the credentials including vouchers to your new profile with the current profile so that all your certificates, courses and vouchers are intact.

You can raise a case from new Now learning account (from the new org) and mentioning you previous email ID linked with the profile to merge everything with the current profile.

If my response has resolved your query, please consider giving it a thumbs up ‌‌ and marking it as the correct answer‌‌!

Thanks & Regards,
