Hello everyone, I have a sticking point on the Performance analytics micro-certification simulator. I filled it to 80% and I have 20% left, here are the blocking points. Can someone please help me?

Look :

Modify and Share the Incident Management Dashboard - Failed

  1. Set the Incident Management dashboard owner to Beth Anglin
  2. Click into the Open incidents widget on the Incident Overview tab to open the Analytics Hub.
  3. Create a new global target at 180 with a start date of approximately 3 months ago.
  4. Return to the dashboard and modify the Open incidents widget as follows:
    • Enable Show target in the Display Settings section.
  5. Verify that the dashboard displays the new Target as shown

Configure Widget Filtering

As you can see, the dashboard filters you added in the previous step do not seem to work. Perform the necessary configuration on the Number of Open Changes widget on the Change Overview tab as follows:

  • Enable this widget to follow the dashboard filter.
  • Configure the widget to display separate trends for multiple elements.

Thank you

I've just managed to get this part done by going through the looking for Analytics Hub from the ALL menu, then opening the number of open incidents. I found the target icon on the top bar and added a new target.

Now to solve the rest...

Hello I am stuck on adding the itil role. Can someone assist me? The role isn't coming up in roles just itil user. Also cannot access

  1. The New incidents by Priority widget on the Incident Overview may be empty/showing no data. This is likely due to the fact that you have no recent data. Edit the New incidents by Priority widget to report on a larger time period by applying a Time series such as Month to date AVG or Week to date AVG.
  2. The New incidents by Category widget on the Incident New may be empty/showing no data. This is also due to the fact that you have no recent data. Edit the New incidents by Category widget to report on a larger time period by applying a Time series such as Month to date AVG or Week to date AVG.
  3. Confirm that the edited widgets displays breakdown data for the selected aggregation period.

For the following activity,

Configure Widget Filtering

As you can see, the dashboard filters you added in the previous step do not seem to work. Perform the necessary configuration on the Number of Open Changes widget on the Change Overview tab as follows:

  • Enable this widget to follow the dashboard filter.
  • Configure the widget to display separate trends for multiple elements.

Follow the steps:

1. From left navigator, type Performance analytics -->Widgets-->Number of open changes

Change 'Show multiple elements as' to Separate

This field is non-editable, so open the choices and make inactive true for 'aggregate' choice. then the field will be editable and change it to Separate
