Mock Practice Project?

Hello I just recently got certified in CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM and would like to have some sort of mock project documentation to do a sort of practice and build something from scratch on the test Instances, if someone has anything that could share would be awesome, thanks a lot in advance.

Can you tell me what is DumpsFactory and where can I find their materials ? When it comes to hands on I just know this weekly challenge that was created and currently I am going through it.  If there is more materials for hands on please share it with me 😄
