Move personal certifications to a partner and viceversa

Miguel Matta
Tera Contributor

Good day.

I have a question, I've just started a new position with a ServiceNow partner, but I have my CSA that I did in my personal account, I would love to use it to do the next certifications with my business account. Also if in the future I change between employers, how can I keep all the certifications that I might do in the partner account, to my personal.

I know some form of my question has been asked many times, but I haven't seen the right way to do it in the documentation either.

Thank you for your time.

Hi @Miguel Matta

Company actually suggests employee to bring their certificates from other account (personal) to your account (servicenow) in Company .

So No Worry . Do it.   Before starting it,  just download your mainline certificate from your personal account .

Refer KB article for the steps : Merging my email (accounts),transfer certifications, badges to new email  is available for the guidance ,

Also Refer: KB0011832 Changing (updating) my email (account)
