You can submit a support case through the Now Learning Help Center to inquire about purchasing a new voucher at a discount, provided your training completion was less than 18 months ago; otherwise, you may need to retake the course to obtain a new voucher...

What the official policy says
Autodesk (and ServiceNow) voucher programs clearly state that expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or reissued Autodesk+6ServiceNow+6learning.servicenow.com+6.
ServiceNow Learning (CAD voucher) policy notes: if this badge has expired and you have not yet claimed your voucher, you will be required to retake the course in order to earn a new voucher” learning.servicenow.com.

Once a voucher expires, you can't claim it back. Even if you raise a case, the team will likely give you the same response. You’ll need to re-register for the training. If you're facing issues enrolling in the training, you can log a case, and the team will assist you
