My completed courses and certifications are not appearing in my ServiceNow University profile.

Over the past year and months, I've taken courses and a microcertification that appear on my badge list, but lately I can't see any of my achievements. It seems as if I've never taken a course.
Can anyone help me recover my history?

Login to ServiceNow University, And click on "My learning"
After that you'll see all the courses/certification you did.
