My CSA exam got suspended

Hello All 
If some one can help me , I went through a few of the similar questions , hence posting it here to get some clarity , My CSA exam got suspended not sure the reason , the exam was not even started and before I could accept the exam clauses , it got suspended , I have raised a case with the service now team to see to know the cause  , I read in the previous post that it takes about 10 days for them to respond, do they give us the reason of suspending the exam also do they reschedule the exam?
Please let me know if you have any answer or solution about this

I finally got an update after 28 days after the case was raised, The team mentioned "The system detected Malware " I am not sure why they said so , I have anti-virus installed in my PC and it is very much free from virus and malware and my PC is very secure , and they apologised for taking long time to respond my case , Now they have cancelled my session that got suspended and have given me a discounted voucher to take up my exam , but I have raised another case asking the team to give me fully discounted voucher as I initially paid $300 and now again they want me to pay $150 again , the retake exam fees itself is $100 , so I am requesting them to give me full discount as I wont be able to afford a total of $450 for exam fees.

Nobody at the community will have any answer to your question. Only thing to do (as you already did) is to raise a case with the NowLearning team to understand the reason behind the suspension.

Yes I agree that no one will have answer for my case , but I wanted to know what solution others got when they had a similar issue , I saw in the community that few of the ppl posted similar issue but there were no proper updates to it, hence wanted to understand 

Now when I raised a case and that case went to the Workforce Advancement Team, whereas my case should have gone to the Credentials team, such small info would save time and would give a faster resolution , now the Workforce Advancement Team has forwarded to the Credentials team , not sure when they will reply to my case , I opened up the case on Saturday 26th Sept and only today 30th Sept I got reply saying they will transfer my case to the Credentials Team
