SNAF Training lab 7.1.1 - When creating a new UI Policy Action the field names are not on the list?

Step 2 - Complete the UI Policy Action form as follows:   Field name: Escalate to manufacturer

When the popup window opens and displays the list of options for field names there is no "Escalate to manufacturer" on that list

Also, in the next task to create 2nd UI Policy Action the field name "Manufacturer contact" is not on the list as well

Lab 7.1.1 says that its dependent on lab 3.3.1 but I confirmed that labs are completed. 

What I am I missing with this lab task?

The fields you are mentioning, were they part of earlier lab task for creation and you miss it? If that is case then those field will not show up unless you create it. This is only what I can think of as I am not sure what particular course you are going through, if you could share more screenshots or something it will be helpful for anyone to guide you in better way.

If there is no such task given earlier to get this field created, I would suggest creating a Case using Help Center in ServiceNow University and someone will check what is wrong in simulator instance provided to you and may help with your issue to get sorted.

I also struggled with this part. Earlier in the training there's a portion where you need to create "Escalate to manufacturer" I've attached photos. Once you create it it'll show up on your tree. The other one you need is nested within the already existing options in the tree, you need to expand them. It will be under configuration item, then manufacturer and finally the one that says contact.
