My registered name does not change even when I edit it.

So, I cannot edit my name here in ServiceNow. I have registered my name as 'Leste r' instead of 'Lester'. I am worried that it will reflect wrong once i get a certificate. I have saved the edit but after refreshing it does not change at all

As a general rule, what shows in Now Learning is what you can expect to show on certificates. If Now Learning is incorrect, than you make edits by going to ServiceNow.com, logging in and then going back under your profile and selecting "My profile and settings". From there you should see an edit option to update your information, including your name.

Dont worry. Login in to Now Learning and go to profile and settings and do the changes. In case it did not work, please raise a case for same.

If issue not resolved then create a case from now learning platform and wait for reply.
