At the Now Learning home page, within the menu selections at the top of the page, the link to "Credential Program -> Program Guide" sends me to a blank page. Is this a known issue? Is there another way to view the information that is supposed to be displayed at that link. Here is the URL where I land when navigating the menu as described:
https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification/journey/#/
This seems to happen with any link that is intended to send one to the "Guide."

Hi @Michael_HCSC,
I tried navigating to the Program Guide with the steps you included and it pulled up just fine for me. It was also working when I clicked the link you attached. Either they fixed it in the last few hours, or you're running into something funky. Maybe try a different browser? Or an incognito window? If either of those suggestions work, try clearing your cache and your cookies for the Now Learning site and see if that fixes it in your default browser.

Thank you! I tried again this morning without logging in but with the same browser and it now comes up just fine. I logged back in and tried again and it now seems to be working correctly. I didn't clear my cache or anything special. All of your suggestions are good steps in troubleshooting as well as trying in Chrome's incognito mode. I will keep these in mind if I run into future issues similar to this. Thanks again!
