My training instance (university) is blocked

I'm blocked in my training.

My lab instance is blocked, I can't wake up the instance and I can't terminate the instance neither.

The page accepts the order, a pop-up message appears, but nothing happends. The message is the same after one hour: "Your simulator instance is hibernating. Please use the 'Wake Up' button below to wake it up"

Any idea ?

yesterday,one of the community members, mentioned that it took around two hours for the lab instance to come back online. So please wait and try again later.

Hi Dr Atul, thank you for your answer,

After 24h the same issue. The instance was terminated, so now I have 6 instances left, 

but the instance is in "Pause" state, and "Wake" buttom is not able to bring up the instance, after 15-20m in "restarting" state, the instance goes back to "pause".

The training is blocked, no options to get support.
