Name Correction Request for ServiceNow Partner Learning Account

I received a learning account from a ServiceNow partner company, but it was created using my informal name instead of the name on my National ID.
I currently cannot change my name in the account settings.
How can I request to correct my name?
Am I allowed to update my name before taking the certification exam?
