Need Help with Platform Analytics Task Instance Step

I'm having an issue where it's not letting me input any characters into the Chart Title field required for completing one of the steps in this instance. As the page loads when I am creating the pie chart from the Priority column, I see an error box appear and disappear so quickly that I can't take a screenshot of the message. I think it says that I can't configure the element and I don't know why. I've included a screenshot of the pie chart and the field that I'm supposed to change.

This can be quite a confusing task... the key here is in the phrasing 'new title for this report' and not 'Chart title'. Take a look at the 'Details' panel and you should find the field you need.

In step 6 it says, "In the Header and border settings, change the Chart title to "Open Incidents by Priority".".

Am I supposed to disregard this step or am I doing something wrong here?

My lab instance and I took a while to wake up but I've re-read your original post - I've followed the steps (strangely step 6 doesn't appear in my task instructions) and am able to update the chart title under header and border.

It's tricky to diagnose the issue as you're seeing an error message flash up briefly which suggests a technical issue rather than anything you're doing wrong, however I would try the following (which you may have already):

1. Try creating the pie chart again
2. Progress through the remaining steps and validate the task
3. Terminate your current instance and request a new one (you will lose progress but I don't think any of the remaining tasks rely on anything from the previous tasks)

If the problem persists, I'd recommend raising a support ticket and provide any details of the error message that you can.
