Need to delete account from SNOW , how should I do that?

By mistake created 2 two account in SNOW with 2 different email ID's , I need to delete one all the details (access / instance) available on Service Now Server , may I know how to delete that or else whom should I connect over email  , please help me with link or email id address of team .

Help would be appreciated
