NeedIt Exercise - Download Unavailable

Hi All,
My PDI is running the following

Build name: Australia
Build date: 06-12-2026_1106
Build tag: glide-australia-02-11-2026__patch3-05-25-2026

I went to the learning path New to ServiceNow > Importing Data > Exercise: Import Historic NeedIt Data.
It tells you download the file NeedItImportData.csv.  When I attempt to download this file it downloads dev_developer.do and is 0 bytes.  I found a post from Franchesca Liz1 on this thread https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/downloading-needitimportdata-csv-from-import-historic-needit/m-p/2912448 where she has linked a version of the file.  I downloaded it and made the import,  but when I do the import it only shows 1 row instead of the 4. Does the file need to be in a specific encoding such as utf-8 or am I missing something here.  Also the instructions don't mention some of the fields.  I am assuming the module was for an older version of ServiceNow since the Australia build I am using is only two months old.  Does Active need to be checked or Run Script?  I have also confirmed the files contents by verifying the headers of the fields match.

No import errors

In this step of the exercise below it says I should see four fields but I only see the one.

I believe I found the solution to my problem. Sometimes after logging out, upon login scope of the application you're working with gets changed to global or none.  Changing the scope back to the NeedIt application seems to have resolved my issue.

You have updated the Application scope to NeedIt right? Can you share the image of it as I'm facing an issue with this

The scope will be displayed in the bottom left of the window.

You need to click the globe in the upper right hand portion of the ServiceNow Instance window and change the scope there.  It will pop out a drop down below the search field.
